Robert Mitchell - Mindfulness and Resilience Trainer

I'm Robert Mitchell. I founded Bromley Mindfulness in 2013. Since then, I have taught over 5,000 students of mindfulness and meditation in classes, courses, retreats and workshops throughout the United Kingdom. 

Over 600 students have graduated from my 6-week Mindfulness-Based Resilience course with a 98% approval rating (2018 Course Graduate Survey). 

I teach the general public and organisations of all kinds, global, national and local.
